2. Information used in the contracting flow

The contracting form requests your full name, email address, US ZIP Code and phone number, together with the selected service, approved proposal reference and payment stage. The order records the accepted agreement, acceptance date, agreement version and document hash. Payment confirmation records include the amount paid in USD, payment references, payment status and the email supplied at Stripe. Delivery records may include the delivery description, date and reference to supporting evidence. Information and documents needed to perform a specific service are addressed in the approved scope and should be supplied only through the agreed channel.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to prepare and perform the requested service, contact you, associate payments with the correct proposal, document agreement acceptance and delivery, send contracting and delivery receipts, provide support, comply with applicable obligations and establish or defend rights. Providing payment or service information does not authorize unrelated marketing communications.

4. Payment providers and service providers

Payments take place on a Stripe-hosted checkout. This contracting form does not ask for card numbers, security codes or account passwords. Stripe handles information supplied on its payment page under its own policies. The WordPress site receives payment confirmation details needed for order records. Site hosting, email delivery and other providers involved in the agreed service may process information necessary for their role. Disclosure to public authorities or other platforms is limited to what the approved service requires or applicable law permits.

5. Cookies, technical records and international processing

WordPress, WooCommerce and hosting services may use session cookies and technical access records to operate the site, maintain checkout sessions and support security. Deletion requests are assessed against those requirements; records that must be retained may not be deleted immediately. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents through the contracting form or ordinary email.

7. Your requests and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation and access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, details about sharing, and deletion, anonymization or restriction of information that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent, without affecting processing already lawfully performed or another applicable legal basis.
